When we flood, we blend the present event with all past pain. Separate the indisputable mechanical facts of today from the story your historical ego is weaving.

If a sterile security camera recorded this, exactly what happened? Remove all adjectives and assumed motives.

The Trigger (Subjective History):

What is your ego assuming this MEANS? What memory or old ghost is currently talking?

TRAUMA LENS DETECTED: This reaction feels disproportionate because it is touching a structural wound. The current person is not the ghost of your past. Mechanically separate "Then" from "Now". They are not the same.
MOOD SURGE LENS DETECTED: During an active surge, your brain will instantly select and enforce the most catastrophic interpretation of reality to justify its adrenaline. Do not trust the darkest thought you are having right now. Wait for morning.

04 Narrative Re-Expansion

The Rule of Three. The anxious mind always locks onto a single, fatalistic narrative. You must mechanically force your architecture to expand by generating three alternative theories that do not involve malice, rejection, or your lack of worth.
